Jerry and James founded Alt-Pay in order to help change the landscape for merchants in ways not possible before. We are not big corporate operators and therefore focus on helping small businesses. We have focused much of our time helping merchants legally eliminate their processing fees and implement No Cost technology.

We are vested in our merchants and have personally jumped in to help defend fraudulent chargeback attempts, correct network issues and just about anything that we can do to help keep you running smoothly. We provide a personal presence and availability to our merchants that is hard to find today.
