Jerry and James founded Alt-Pay in order to help change the landscape for merchants in positive ways. We DO NOT have a big corporate approach and cherish each one of our relationships. We have focused much of our time helping merchants legally eliminate processing fees and by implementing cutting edge technology.

We are vested in our merchants and have personally jumped in to help defend fraudulent chargeback attempts, correct network issues and just about anything that we can do to help keep you running smoothly. We provide a personal presence and availability to our merchants that is hard to find these days.
